ADA Awards CMR Multi-Year Contract for Housing & Registration Services

CMR has been selected by the American Diabetes Association (ADA) to provide registration and citywide housing services for the Annual Scientific Sessions and the Annual Advanced Postgraduate Course.

The Scientific Sessions, held in June each year, provides an opportunity for members of the diabetes community from around the world to participate in the largest annual research and clinical meeting on diabetes. The 2009 Scientific Session, to be held in June in New Orleans, has an anticipated attendance of 20,000 with 10-12,000 rooms on peak nights.

The Annual Advanced Postgraduate Course is held in February each year. The PG Course offers the latest advances in diabetes management in general sessions and intensive workshops. The 2009 Annual Postgraduate Course will be held in New York City and has an anticipated attendance of 900, with 450 rooms on peak nights.
