CMR.ez Audit for Easy, Online Processing

For ultimate automation, we offer CMR.ez Audit, our proprietary web-based rooms audit application. This time-saving tool is designed to take much of the manual work out of the audit process. CMR.ez Audit provides accurate data while protecting the confidentiality of hotel guests. The process allows each participating hotel to export a hotel guest manifest to a password-protected site. CMR.ez Audit then performs a comparison of program registration and housing databases against the hotel's general manifest and returns the results that confirm the number of rooms that were booked outside the official room block.

Our Housing Teams Perform Onsite Audits

As an alternate option, our housing team will schedule an on-property appointment with a participating hotel to perform a comprehensive cross-check of their guest manifest against your attendee and exhibitor registration data.
