CSWE Awards Management of 2007 Annual Meeting Housing to CMR

Convention Management Resources will manage housing for the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) 2007 Annual Program Meeting. The 53rd Annual Program Meeting will be held in San Francisco, California, October 27-30, 2007 at the Hilton San Francisco.

CSWE is a nonprofit national association representing over 3,000 individual members as well as graduate and undergraduate programs of professional social work education. Founded in 1952, this partnership of educational and professional institutions, social welfare agencies, and private citizens is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation as the sole accrediting agency for social work education in this country.

CSWE works to ensure the preparation of competent social work professionals by providing national leadership and a forum for collective action. The Annual Program Meeting provides an opportunity for a diverse group of social work professionals–from researchers, to field instructors, to all faculty–to meet and share their viewpoints and their work–and to further social work education.
