cmr offers a customized online exhibitor registration module that makes the registration of exhibitor staff quick, easy and convenient. In addition to the online services, a dedicate team will handle all exhibitor registrations and inquiries, and promptly respond to all phone calls, emails and faxes. Exhibitor registration services include:
- Personalized instructions on use of online registration interface along with pertinent exhibitor registration policies and due dates
- Password-protected interface for exhibitor contact
- Ability to add, subtract, cancel or update any and/or all booth staff records
- Accommodation of a variety of exhibitor types
- Controls to manage the allotment of complimentary exhibitor registrations as specified, and processing of paid exhibitor registration above the allowance
- Option to register individual booth staff one at a time, or register multiple exhibitor personnel simultaneously
- Convenient link from exhibitor registration interface to housing site
- Ability to generate emails to individual exhibitor staff, or send bulk email to all staff at one time
