cmr has extensive experience in managing registration for domestic and international groups, and provides customized registration services for group delegates. To ensure that each group receives the highest level of customer service support, a dedicated CMR Group Program Support Administrator manages the group registration and serves as the group leader's point of contact throughout the advance registration process and onsite during the meeting. The scope of services provided for group registration includes:

• Group registration and housing agreement detailing policies, fees and payment terms
• Confirmation of group registrations to group leader, with option to edit registration information
• Data entry of all provided registration information
• Online access by leader to group registration information
• Pre-scheduled appointments for onsite check-in and distribution of badge/conference materials
• Option to purchase tickets onsite for ticketed sessions on a space-available basis
