Society for Neuroscience (SfN) Selects CMR to Manage Housing for 2007 Annual Meeting
CMR has been selected by the Society for Neuroscience to manage the citywide housing program for Neuroscience 2007, the 37th annual meeting of the Society for Neuroscience. The meeting is scheduled to take place November 3-7, 2007 in San Diego, California. There are currently 48 hotels in the official housing block with approximately 10,000 rooms projected on peak night.
The Society's annual meeting is the world's largest and most influential gathering of neuroscientists, and 30,000 attendees are expected to participate in 2007. Scientists from around the world will gather to exchange ideas about cutting-edge research on the brain, spinal cord, and nervous system. With a lineup of more than 16,000 presentations, Neuroscience 2007 provides an unparalleled opportunity for learning and professional development.
The Society works to promote public information and general education about the nature of scientific discovery and the results and implications of the latest neuroscience research. SfN also supports active and continuing discussions on ethical issues relating to the conduct and outcomes of neuroscience research.
