Our Executive Team leads a staff of over 70 individuals who design, build, and sell our advanced technology platform; manage our client programs; and provide value-add services such as marketing support and event consultation.
Brian manages CMR’s registration and lead retrieval technology and service offerings, as well as the Customer Contact Center and IT Application Team. In overseeing day-to-day operations and mentoring staff, he implements seamless processes across CMR offices to ensure program success and client satisfaction. Prior to joining CMR in 1998, Brian held management and sales positions with Westin Hotels and Resorts for over 15 years, and spent several years as Director of Convention Services with IDG Expo Management.
Julie manages client services, housing program management, hotel contract management, and customer satisfaction. By always putting the customer first, Julie fosters CMR’s unwavering dedication to each client’s success. Julie joined CMR in 2007 with over 26 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including Hotel General Manager and other sales and operations positions for Omni Hotels.
Art manages the finance, human resources, and marketing and sales divisions, directing business operations to ensure staff productivity and CMR’s profitability. Art, with Brian and Julie, sets the vision for CMR’s future growth by determining goals and monitoring performance. A long-time lead retrieval services partner of CMR’s through his company Expo Data Capture, Inc., Art joined CMR in 2017 with over 15 years of exhibition industry experience.
With CMR since 1994, Nancy has been instrumental in the design and delivery of our proprietary web-based housing management system, and is currently the lead content and functional advisor for our housing platform. Nancy, who was previously responsible for housing operations at the San Francisco Convention and Visitors Bureau, brings over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry to CMR.
Lee Markham’s primary function at CMR is to oversee the advancement of CMR’s group of technologies with specific focus on the registration product. Lee has held multiple management roles within the hospitality industry including positions with Marriott Hotels and Resorts and, most recently, at CMR overseeing Program Management.
John oversees CMR’s finances and accounting. In his position, which he has held since March 2013, John is focused on the business and financial strategies, decisions, and execution that will deliver CMR’s short- and long-term goals. Prior to joining CMR, John was the Controller at New Pride Corporation for ten years, where he took charge in successfully going public as the first and only American company in Korea.
With CMR since June 2010, David oversees the Reno office and is responsible for analyzing and developing workflow patterns to increase productivity and streamline processes. His 17 years of contact center management experience includes tenures at Spiegel Catalog and Williams Sonoma. David exemplifies CMR’s high standard for exceptional and personalized customer service, and ensures through ongoing training that CMR support associates provide prompt, positive service to all customers.
Mike joined CMR’s management team in March, 2015, coming from the world of academia management as the School Director for EF International Language Center of San Francisco. Mike’s primary function is to provide supervisory and administrative support to program staff with deliverables on the registration and housing program timeline established for each CMR customer. Mike has a wealth of management experience that translates perfectly into maintaining CMR’s superior level of customer service and peak employee performance.
