CMR to Provide Housing Services for NAEYC Annual Conference & Expo
CMR is pleased to have been awarded a multi-year contract to provide citywide housing services for NAEYC’s Annual Conference & Expo. The 2009 conference will take place November 18-21 in Washington, D.C. at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. More than 20,000 early childhood professionals from around the world are expected to attend, and over 5,000 hotel rooms on peak nights are projected.
The NAEYC Annual Conference & Expo is the largest early childhood education conference in the world and is widely recognized as one of the most valuable professional development opportunities for teachers and administrators working in programs for young children and for people who prepare early childhood educators.
The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) is dedicated to improving the well-being of all young children, with particular focus on the quality of educational and developmental services for all children from birth through age 8.
Founded in 1926, NAEYC is the world’s largest organization working on behalf of young children with nearly 100,000 members, a national network of over 300 local, state, and regional Affiliates, and a growing global alliance of like-minded organizations.
