Our database and web servers are based in a cutting-edge secured colocation with a fully-meshed and redundant network with a 99.99% uptime guarantee. The facility is secured with biometric palm scanners, in conjunction with proximity card readers which control access to the facility. Environmental controls, back-up power supply and 24/7 monitoring ensure security.
CMR's network infrastructure is secured by a combination of hardware and software measures. CMR's servers connect to a SQL server located behind our secure firewalls. In order to maximize security the web servers are multi-homed, allowing only limited port access on the public interface.
We have a fiber connection for our back office Internet connection servicing our Customer Care Center (C3). C3 has a secure and redundant MPLS private line connection to our colocation facility.
