Onsite Technical Support

Onsite support is vital to the success of a lead retrieval experience. In order to make this experience trouble-free, CMR provides a technical support team to manage the entire onsite process. The scope of services provided includes:

  • Exhibitor training
  • Problem solving and trouble shooting

  • Last-minute order processing
  • Equipment return and download

CMR provides each exhibitor with a brief demonstration of the CMR.ez Lead equipment when it is being handed out. In fact, the onsite support team will recommend that the exhibitor use the equipment successfully before leaving the lead retrieval service desk to ensure that the exhibitor contact is comfortable with the equipment operation. Finally, each exhibitor will be provided with a phone number for an onsite support person in the event that they need additional assistance. This prevents the exhibitor from having to leave their booth and miss any interested attendees.
